Hengze 4200BR Commercial Flight Type Dishwasher with Double Wash  Product Description The Hengze 4200BR commercial dishwasher is built for high-volume kitchens that need strong washing capacity without an integrated drying section. With an output of 4,300–6,400 dishes per hour, it is suitable for large canteens, hotels, central kitchens and catering facilities handling heavy tableware loads throughout the day. Its double main wash + double rinse configuration gives dishes two dedicated washing stages before final rinsing. Two 1.5 kW wash pumps and two 18 kW main wash heaters support continuous cleaning, while wash temperatures are maintained at 55–65°C. The rinse section operates at 82–90°C. The conveyor dishwasher machine uses an inclined flight system to move plates steadily through the washing line.
