Pickling: Soak the cleaned steel wire rope in an acidic solution to remove oxides and other impurities on the surface. 3. Preheating: Preheat the steel wire rope after pickling to improve the adhesion of the galvanized layer. 4. Galvanizing: immerse the preheated steel wire rope in the molten zinc solution, so that the zinc in the zinc solution reacts with the surface of the steel wire rope to form a zinc layer. 5.…
