The core friction pair is fitted with pressure-free silicon carbide sealing rings of C-shaped step type. The special stepped C structure evenly distributes contact pressure and eliminates extra extrusion stress, cutting friction heat, wear and medium leakage during long-time continuous running. Crafted from high-density sintered silicon carbide, these high and low temperature resistant sealing parts retain stable sealing performance under dramatic temperature shifts without deformation.
