Anti-Vibration and Corrosion-Resistant Pump Connection Part

This cast steel connection piece, specially designed for large water pumps (such as urban water supply pumps and mine drainage pumps), serves as the "shock-absorbing connection link" between the pump body and the pipe flange. Its ring-shaped main body with an opening structure not only retains the elastic adjustment space during installation (adaptable to a flange gap error of ±0.5mm), but also can buffer the vibration transmission through the micro-deformation of the opening when the water pump vibrates frequently, reducing the resonance wear between the pipeline and the pump body. The material is made of corrosion-resistant cast steel, and the surface is treated with phosphating and anti-rust paint. In the weakly acidic water quality of urban water supply and the sandy medium of mine drainage, the corrosion resistance life can reach more than 5 years.
