Bailian Chenggang (Shandong) Foundry Co., Ltd. is located in the Canal Economic Development Zone, Rencheng District, Jining City, Shandong Province. The company covers an area of 30,000 square meters, with a construction area of 13,500 square meters. We mainly produce steel castings for railway and engineering machinery, including more than 200 varieties such as axle boxes, guide frame seats, sprockets, idlers and steering knuckles. Our products are mainly supplied to large domestic and foreign manufacturers including CRRC, Takeuchi, Sany Heavy Industry and Zoomlion. The company adopts the lost foam shell casting process, which is different from the traditional lost foam process. We use white foam patterns, repeatedly coat and dry them with self-developed silica sol coating, then place them into a furnace at 900°C.
