Core Manufacturing StepsAll bending operations begin with Bent Pipe OEM Processing to achieve angles from 15 to 180 degrees with wall thinning below 10%. For end shaping requirements such as swaging, flaring, or reducing, specialized tooling is used in sequence with bending.
