EPC Supply of Sand Production Using Environmentally Friendly Limestone Aggregate Limestone Production Line Project Overview This solution is an environmentally friendly limestone sand and aggregate co-production line with a capacity of 800–1,200 metric tons per hour. It employs a process consisting of primary crushing with a PCZ1820 heavy-duty hammer crusher, closed-circuit sand production with a ZSJ1218 twin-rotor sand-making and shaping machine, and fine grading using a multi-stage KZ vibrating screen. It produces four types of finished products: 1–3 mm and 1–2 mm aggregates, high-quality manufactured sand, and limestone powder, catering to medium- to large-scale green mines that supply both sand and aggregates.
