FRP Skylight Roofing Sheet

FRP daylighting sheets are translucent composite panels made from unsaturated polyester resin reinforced with glass fibers. This combination creates a lightweight yet impact-resistant roofing material that allows natural light to pass through while maintaining high structural strength. Unlike traditional glass or polycarbonate, FRP sheets offer a balanced diffusion of sunlight, reducing harsh glare and shadowing inside buildings. The manufacturing process involves continuously laying glass fibers and impregnating them with resin containing UV stabilizers and pigment. As the sheet cures, it gains a durable, weather-resistant surface that resists yellowing and degradation over time.
