Hongli’s 40 Teflon Wire Extrusion Line is engineered for consistent output and thermal precision in the manufacture of Teflon-insulated wire, especially for demanding environments such as aerospace, RF communication, and nuclear applications. The line is optimized for FEP, ETFE, and PFA materials and offers superior concentricity and insulation consistency.   The extrusion system features a 26:1 L/D extruder machine screw, delivering stable melt flow and excellent pressure control. The line includes an automatic shaftless pay-off system, active accumulator (1.5m), U-shaped water cooling tank (6m), and dual-axis take-up unit with synchronized winding.   Control is centralized via a PLC with color touchscreen, enabling temperature regulation across 6 independent zones (3 for barrel, 3 for head).
