GrindFil abrasive Brush Bristle made of nylon 612 is widely used in metal & steel cleaning, metal deburring and floor grinding industries etc. GrindFil Industrial Brush Filament has available grit range from 120 to 500 #. Its silicon carbide abrasive material grit load is from 15 to 30%. GrindFil made of nylon 612 has better polishing, deburring, sanding & grinding working ability to carry out production tasks.  GrindFil has excellent features of wear resistance and fatigue resistance to be worked for a long time. Good bending strength and tensile strength makes filament does not break in the tufting process and it can also work in the 220℃ high temperature environment without filament deformation situation.
