Product Description Oil-pipeline forgings include elbows, tees, reducers, flanges, swivel-rings and pup-piece bars used in long-distance, sub-sea and Arctic pipelines. They are hot-forged from low-carbon or low-alloy steels (API 5L X65–X80, ASTM A694 F52–F70, 16Mn, 20MnMoNi55) then machined to API 6A/6H, ASME B16.9 or client drawings. Sizes cover 2″–60″ NB, pressure classes 150–2 500 lb, wall thickness up to 100 mm, unit weight ≤ 15 t.     Performance Normalise or Q&T yields 450–600 MPa yield, 550–750 MPa tensile, ≥ 50 J at –46 °C Charpy; hardness ≤ 22 HRC meets NACE MR0175 sour-service limits. 100 % UT to EN 10228-3 and MT to ASTM E709 guarantee defect-free walls; hydro-test at 1.5 × design pressure is standard.   Features Forged body eliminates wrought weld seams, raising hoop strength 30 %; integral forge of hub, ring groove and weld bevel removes girth welds and NDT costs. As-forged allowance 3–8 mm per side cuts machining time 25 %. Full 3.1/3.2 certification and ABS/DNV/B…
