Shipping & Order Information   Product Overview In-situ polymerized colored nylon 6 chips are produced from caprolactam with nano-scale colorants added during the polymerization process – eliminating masterbatch addition and post-dyeing. Conventional colored nylon production relies on masterbatches (clogged spinnerets, frequent breakage) or post-dyeing (high wastewater, energy costs). Haiyang's in-situ technology disperses nano-sized colorants at the molecular level through covalent bonding – delivering deep, lustrous colors, 4.5–5 grade color fastness, superior spinability for micro-denier filaments, and significant environmental savings: 9% less carbon, 42% less water. Currently available in black as the primary color, with additional colors available upon customer request.
