Large Scale Solution for High Precision Dual Line Continuous Production of Specialty Aggregates

Customized Complete Production Line for the Simultaneous Production of Four Product Categories Limestone Production Line Project Overview This proposal outlines a dual-line parallel production line for fine limestone aggregate with a capacity of 2,200–2,600 metric tons per hour. The system employs a configuration where two independent production lines operate in parallel. Each line is equipped with a ZGC2050 vibrating feeder and a PCZ1820 heavy-duty hammer crusher for primary crushing. The lines share two PC1622 shaping crushers for secondary crushing and 12 KZ series vibrating screens (6 units of 3YKZ3080 + 6 units of 2YKZ3080). The production line yields four grades of finished products: 1–3 mm, 1–2 mm, 0.5–1 mm fine aggregates, and limestone powder, targeting high-value-added markets with stringent particle size requirements, such as dry-mixed mortar, specialty concrete, and chemical fillers.
