Lengthways Fin Tube 

The lengthways fin tube is a heat exchanger component used in high-efficiency heat exchangers for refinery chemical equipment, economizers for boiler equipment, and waste heat boilers. Unlike ordinary steel pipes, there are many fins on the inner or outer wall of the pipe to improve heat exchange efficiency. There are many types of finned tubes, and depending on the shape of the fins, they can be divided into lengthways fin tubes (the longitudinal direction of the warps relative to the tube axis), the circumferential fin tubes, and the spiral fin tubes; Different methods, the fins and tubes can be fixed by mechanical means, brazing, electric resistance welding and overall manufacturing. In cooperation with the Petroleum Machinery Research Institute, Simcan Industrial has prototyped longitudinal finned tubes. Its outside diameter is 75 mm.
