Light Gray Batch Production Extrusion Gear Reducer

The Light Gray Batch Production Extrusion Gear Reducer is a high precision power transmission component built for the consistency demands of mass industrial production.   Its housing is fabricated from premium cast iron using a one piece molding process, followed by stress relief heat treatment to eliminate internal tensions and prevent deformation during long term high load operation.   The exterior features a light gray anti corrosion paint finish applied after phosphating pretreatment, ensuring excellent resistance to industrial dust moisture and chemical fumes while maintaining a clean and uniform appearance across all batch produced units.     Internally the reducer is fitted with a set of hard tooth surface helical gears machined from nickel chromium alloy steel.   These gears undergo carburizing quenching and precision grinding processes, achieving a tooth surface hardness of HRC 58 to 62 and a meshing accuracy of grade six, which minimizes tooth surface wear and power loss dur…
