Oil Immersed Amorphous Alloy Transformer The product is oil - filled seal type.  The principle is the same as sealed power transformer.  The basic elements of amorphous alloys are iron, nickel, cobalt, silicon, boron, carbon and so on.  It is a kind of isotropic soft magnetic material, magnetization power is small, there is no structural defects that hinder the movement of domain wall, the thickness is very thin, only 0.027mm, filling coefficient is correspondingly smaller, only 0.75 ~ 0.8, high resistivity, is 3 ~ 6 times of silicon steel plate, hardness is 5 times of silicon steel sheet, amorphous alloy material is particularly sensitive to stress.   Sh15series of products, no load loss in GB/T6541 standard value decreased by 70%.  Implement standard GB/T25446-2010 "oil-immersed amorphous alloy co”.
