The periodic vacuum induction casting furnace (receiving tank type) is mainly used for rare earth permanent magnet alloys, solid hydrogen storage alloys, etc. It is a periodic production equipment that heats and melts iron-based or nickel-based alloys by induction heating in a vacuum or inert gas environment, pours them onto the quenching roller through a constant current casting tilting system to quickly solidify into thin sheets, and then falls into the water-cooled roller for secondary cooling after being crushed and enters the receiving tank for further cooling. The quenching roller, tundish and crushing mechanism of this equipment are installed on a movable trolley and can be cleaned or replaced outside the furnace.
