Strip casting machines are suitable for induction heating of iron-based or nickel-based alloys in a vacuum environment or an inert gas environment. The molten alloy is poured onto a cooling copper roller through a tilting system and a pouring system to solidify it into a strip shape, and then secondary cooling is performed in a water-cooled discharge mechanism to produce metal alloy flakes.
