Alcohol Precipitation Extraction and Concentration Equipment for TCM Processing   The JC series alcohol precipitation tank is designed for alcohol precipitation operations in TCM factories also known as solvent exchange or alcoholysis. It works with concentrated solutions from TCM water decoctions for freezing or room temperature alcohol precipitation. Two models are available Model A with pneumatic slag discharge and Model B with ball valve slag discharge. The equipment also supports water precipitation operations for concentrated liquids after ethanol extraction. The tank uses stainless steel construction with polished internal surfaces. A jacket around the tank allows temperature control during precipitation. The control panel mounts separately from the tank body.   The WZ11 500-2000 series is a double effect concentrator with alcohol recovery capability.
