The cannulated tibia intramedullary nail is suitable for fractures of femoral shaft, metaphyseal, tibial plateau and PILON.  It stabilizes the fracture by inserting a nail into the tibia and promotes healing. The multi-plane locking design of the proximal end, using cancellous locking screws, increases the reliability of the fixation of the proximal fracture block and is suitable for intra-articular fractures of the proximal end. Long slot design of proximal coronal locking nail can realize compression and dynamic treatment in operation. Distal locking screw, with a sagittal Angle of 28°, is suitable for fixation of many types of intra-articular fractures.
