Product Description A U Tube Bundle is the core heat transfer component of a U-Tube Heat Exchanger, consisting of a tube sheet, U-shaped tubes, baffles, tie rods, spacers, and supporting structures. Designed to accommodate thermal expansion between the shell and tube sides, the U-tube configuration eliminates the need for an expansion joint and delivers outstanding reliability under high-temperature and high-pressure operating conditions.   For corrosive process conditions, we supply Stainless Steel U Tube Bundle with superior anti-corrosion performance. Projects targeting North American markets can select our ASME certified Tube Bundle in full compliance with ASME pressure vessel standards. In addition, we develop Customized U tube bundle according to individual technical drawings, process medium and operating parameters.
