Low Temperature Ink For PC Thin Film Switch I. Product Introduction     This series of water-based PC membrane switch screen printing inks is divided into two main types: single-component low-temperature self-drying ink and two-component cross-linking baking ink. It uses highly flexible modified water-based acrylic resin as the film-forming body, combined with low-stress environmentally friendly pigments, anti-cracking flexibility additives, a wetting and defoaming system, and a matching water-based isocyanate curing agent. Deionized water is used as the dilution carrier. It is specifically developed for screen printing on 0.125–0.3mm transparent/frosted/hardened PC films and PC sheets. It is suitable for membrane switch faceplates, control panels, instrument nameplates, and touch button surface reverse printing processes.
