Low Temperature Glass Ink I. Product Overview Water-based low-temperature glass ink is an environmentally friendly thermosetting screen printing consumable formulated with deionized water as the dispersion carrier, modified silicone-acrylic self-crosslinking water-based resin, nano-inorganic/organic color paste, silane adhesion promoter, and an environmentally friendly defoaming and leveling system. Its curing temperature is only 140–180℃, unlike high-temperature sintering glass inks (above 600℃) and solvent-free UV-curing inks.   The product comes in two main systems: a single-component self-crosslinking type and a two-component high-water-resistant type with a curing agent. It is specifically developed for tempered finished glass, coated glass, thin borosilicate glass, and thermosensitive printing glass. It achieves resin crosslinking and film formation through low-temperature baking, eliminating the need for high-temperature fusion of glass powder and preventing thermal shock-indu…
