The sliced pastry embryos are sent into a constant-temperature baking room to be slowly baked at a low temperature of 120℃ for four hours. Unlike rapid shaping through high-temperature baking, low-temperature slow baking allows the pastries to be evenly heated, with moisture evaporating gradually, thus creating a unique texture that is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Meanwhile, the low-temperature environment can retain the nutritional components in the raw materials to the greatest extent and avoid the production of harmful substances. During the baking process, the aroma of flaxseeds and grains gradually releases, filling the entire workshop with a natural blend of rich nutty and grainy fragrances that are incredibly appetizing.
