105°C Radiation Crosslinkable PO LSZH Insulation Granules

105°C Radiation Crosslinked LSZH PO Insulation Granules are eco-friendly halogen-free insulation with low smoke, low corrosion and low toxicity, suitable for 2.5 mm² and above cables meeting single vertical, Class B and Class C bundle flame retardant requirements, ideal for BYJ building wires. Free-flow cylindrical pellets can be tinted with polyolefin masterbatches; black masterbatch needs careful use to prevent surface bloom. It delivers stable mechanical performance, great flame resistance and smooth extrudability. Tube or pressure extrusion dies work with screws of L/D 18–25 and compression ratio ≤3:1. Max processing temperature is 185°C, with zones: feed 140–155°C, compression 160–170°C, metering 165–170°C, die 160–165°C. Pre-dry pellets at 70–90°C for 2h (over 85°C preferred) to avoid sticking, irradiation dosage 10–12 Mrad. Non-hazardous pellets are packed in 25kg paper-plastic bags, 500kg per pallet, stored in cool, dry, ventilated warehouses away from damp and sunlight. Cable…
