150°C XLPO Eco Flame Retardant Cable Compounds are low-halogen eco-friendly flame retardant polyolefin materials for automotive brake wire sheaths, available in various colors or blendable with polyolefin masterbatches (use black masterbatch cautiously to avoid surface blooming), featuring excellent mechanical performance, stable flame retardancy and good extrudability, it works with tube/pressure extrusion dies using a screw of ~25 L/D ratio for full plasticization, conductor preheating is required with max processing temperature under 185°C and recommended irradiation dosage of 15–18Mrad, dry pellets at 70–90°C for 2 hours (above 85°C preferred) to prevent sticking, free-flow cylindrical pellets are packed in 25kg composite bags (500kg per pallet), store in clean, cool, dry and ventilated areas away from sunlight and dampness, cable specs, structure, extrusion, irradiation and masterbatches will impact finished cable performance, and the material meets RoHS and REACH harmful substanc…
