125℃ XLPO LSZH FR Polyolefin Cable Compounds, also applied as Charging Pile And Energy Storage Cable Compounds and Materials For Automotive Cables, are eco-friendly, high-strength irradiation crosslinked materials with low smoke, zero halogen, flame retardancy, low corrosion and low toxicity. Soft and easy to process, they deliver reliable mechanical and flame retardant properties, suitable for general medium & low voltage cables, FT2-compliant large cross-section UL electrical wires and vertical flame retardant cables above 50mm². The free-flow pellets can be colored directly or blended with polyolefin masterbatch; use black masterbatch cautiously to prevent surface blooming. They remain stable after 158℃/168h thermal aging and pass -35℃ impact test with good insulation performance.
