TP LSZH FR Polyolefin Tight Jacket Compounds are premium thermoplastic compounds and optical cable compounds, halogen-free, low-smoke, low-corrosion and low-toxic thermoplastic materials specially used for tight jacket of butterfly cable jackets, featuring easy processing, stable dimension and low friction coefficient (＜0.15), supporting direct coloring or mixing with polyolefin color masterbatches, delivering great mechanical performance, good flame retardancy compliant with single vertical flame and bundled Class C requirements, low shrinkage, excellent temperature cycling resistance and light transmittance above 50%, they apply to tube and pressure extrusion with screws of 18~25 L/D ratio and compression ratio under 3:1 and max processing temperature at 175℃, the non-hazardous cylindrical pellets are packed in 25kg bags (500kg per pallet) and need to be kept dry, cool and ventilated to avoid dampness and sunlight.
