Thermoplastic LSOH FR Polyolefin Jacket Compounds are eco-friendly halogen-free cable jacketing materials featuring low smoke emission, low corrosivity and low toxicity, designed for cables of 2.5 mm² and above with B1 grade flame retardant requirements, the free-flowing cylindrical pellets can be customized in various colors or blended with polyolefin color masterbatches, this material boasts outstanding physical, mechanical and flame retardant properties with excellent processability and can be extruded via tube extrusion or compact extrusion dies under proper processing conditions, screws with an L/D ratio of 18~25 and compression ratio below 3:1 are recommended, the suggested processing temperatures are feeding zone 140–150℃, compression zone 150–160℃, metering zone 160–165℃ and die head 160℃, these non-hazardous pellets are packed in 25kg paper-plastic composite bags with 500kg per pallet and should be stored in clean, cool, dry and ventilated areas away from moisture and direct s…
