125℃ Auto HV XLPO Halogen Insulation Compounds, categorized as Materials For Automotive Cables and High-Voltage Wire And Cable Compounds For Electric Vehicles, are halogen-containing, irradiation cross-linked XLPO cable materials with good flame retardancy and high-temperature stability. Developed to match ISO 6722, JASO D 608, SAE J 1128, QC/T 1037 and ISO 19642 industry specifications, these granular products can be directly colored by mixing with polyolefin masterbatch, and black colorant should be dosed properly to prevent bloom on cable surface. The smooth free-flow pellets feature stable extrusion processability, outstanding anti-aging property and superior -40℃ low-temperature toughness, as well as reliable electrical insulation performance.
