Stamped Steel Vertical Housing (No Bearing)

The stamped vertical bearing unit combines UC207 insert bearing and PP207 housing, falling into the range of Pressed Bearings, Miniature Bearings, Precision Ball Bearings, Small Industrial Bearings and High-Speed Bearings. It has shaft diameter d=35mm, outer diameter D=72mm and bearing width B=42.9mm, compatible with M14 mounting bolts. The insert bearing is made of GCr15 bearing steel, while the housing adopts SPCC stamped steel plate with NBR single-layer dust seal and set screw locking. The total reference weight reaches 1.05kg. Rated as P0 precision grade, it features basic dynamic load Cr=25.5kN and basic static load C0r=15.3kN. Its limiting speed is 3400r/min, recommended continuous running speed ≤2448r/min, outer ring linear speed 12.8m/s and ±2° self-aligning function.
