Adjustable Square Flange Mounted Bearing Unit is a complete integrated bearing assembly classified as Industrial Flange. Distinct from Oval Flange, Welding Flange and Heavy-Duty Flange, it features an adjustable square flange structure with elongated mounting holes, allowing flexible position fine-tuning during installation to simplify alignment calibration. The bearing insert is made of premium GCr15 bearing steel equipped with double-layer sealing structure. It delivers ±2° self-aligning capability to offset installation errors and minor shaft misalignment, cutting operating friction and raising transmission efficiency for energy saving.
